Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fresh white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 100 grams Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Chop the white fish fillets into small pieces and place in a food processor.

Step 3

Add parsley, dill, red onion (peeled and quartered), and garlic cloves to the food processor.

Pulse everything together until you have a coarse mixture, but be careful not to over-process it to a paste.

Transfer the fish mixture into a large mixing bowl.
