Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sheet, dairy-free Puff pastry
  • 1 large, beaten for egg wash (or use dairy-free milk as an alternative) Egg
  • 1 tablespoon, optional for topping Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking it thoroughly and breaking it apart with a spoon until browned.
