  • 2 tablespoons Shallots, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Brandy
  • 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns, coarsely crushed
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped shallots and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the shallots are translucent and fragrant.

Carefully add the brandy to the pan. Stir and let it reduce by half, which should take about 2 minutes.

Add the crushed black peppercorns to the shallot and brandy mixture. Stir well to combine.
