  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.

In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
