  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the shallot and garlic cloves and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped shallot to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until translucent.
