Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the pork tenderloin into bite-sized strips.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Step 3

In another small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
