Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, canned in juice
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, fresh grated
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 pieces green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. Drain the pineapple can, reserving the juice in a small bowl.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the reserved pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
