Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

  • 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices plant-based cheese slices
  • 4 whole submarine sandwich rolls

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
