Ingredients

  • 200 grams Dark chocolate (dairy-free)
  • 100 grams Coconut oil
  • 50 grams Coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 100 grams Coconut sugar
  • 50 grams Almond flour
  • 25 grams Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease six ramekins with a little coconut oil and dust them lightly with cocoa powder. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the coconut cream and vanilla extract. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and coconut sugar together until pale and thick, about 3 minutes.

Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture using a spatula until just combined.
