Ingredients

  • 1 ball Dairy-free pizza dough
  • 1 cup Tomato pizza sauce
  • 20 slices Dairy-free pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Dairy-free mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dairy-free pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper.

Step 3

Spread the tomato pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges for the crust.

Step 4

Sprinkle the dairy-free mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Step 5

Arrange the dairy-free pepperoni slices across the pizza, followed by the sliced mushrooms.

Step 6

Drizzle the olive oil over the top, then sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper.

Step 7

If using a pizza stone, carefully transfer the parchment paper with the pizza onto the stone. Alternatively, place the parchment paper and pizza on a baking sheet.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 9

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into 8 pieces. Serve hot.
