  • 6 cups Fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 pound Boneless chicken thighs, cooked and shredded
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Green olives, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Cornmeal

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
