Ingredients

  • 8 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 4 cups Iceberg lettuce
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes

  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.25 cup Pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Wash and chop the Romaine and Iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl.
