  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 6 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free chocolate hazelnut spread

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds with water and let them sit for about 10 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
