  • 3 tablespoons Dairy-free custard powder
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons More melted coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar until well combined.

Step 3

Stir in the dairy-free graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chopped walnuts until fully mixed.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking pan to form the base layer. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the next layer.
