  • 1 finely chopped Green chili
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon, or to taste Salt
  • 1 medium, chopped Tomato
  • 3 cups, chopped Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Sauté until the seeds begin to crackle.

Step 3

Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
