Ingredients

  • 1 pound Dairy-free pizza dough
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Dairy-free shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices Vegan pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 5 leaves Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the dairy-free pizza dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Use a round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass to cut out mini pizza bases, approximately 3-inch in diameter.

Step 3

Place the mini pizza bases on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them lightly with olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce with oregano, salt, and black pepper. Spread a tablespoon of this sauce mixture over each mini pizza base.
