Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground chicken or turkey

  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Dairy-free plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Cucumbers, grated
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 12 pieces Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small oblong patty around each soaked wooden skewer.
