Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 pieces Small dairy-free burger buns
  • 8 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Dairy-free mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Pickles, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the chicken mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

Step 4

Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, until golden brown and slightly crispy. Flip them over and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger buns. Slice each bun in half and toast them lightly, if desired.

Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
