  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and bread crumbs.

Crack the egg into the mixture and add salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix everything well using your hands until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
