Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 50 grams Plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 12 Mini burger buns
  • 6 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 4 tablespoons Dairy-free mayonnaise
  • 6 slices Pickles

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, and egg. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
