  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, diced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Cut the pita bread into small triangles or bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Place the pita pieces on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
