  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash all vegetables thoroughly.

Step 2

Slice the cucumber into thin matchsticks, halve the cherry tomatoes, and julienne the red bell pepper and carrot.

Thinly slice the red onion.
