Ingredients

  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves

  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Carefully remove 8 whole leaves from the romaine lettuce, wash them thoroughly, and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Step 2
