Ingredients

  • 500 grams lamb shoulder (boneless)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 10 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 250 grams hummus
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Cut the lamb shoulder into thin strips and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the lamb. Mix until the lamb is well coated with the spices. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Cut the red bell pepper into thin strips. Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin ribbons. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
