Ingredients

  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup Dairy-free feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop or tear it into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.

Peel and dice the cucumber, then add it to the bowl.
