  • 1 piece Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 piece Garlic clove, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
