  • 250 grams chicken breast, diced

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
