  • 0.25 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Egg, large (or flax egg for vegan option)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, matcha green tea powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and coconut sugar until thoroughly combined.
