Ingredients

  • 250 grams All-purpose flour
  • 5 grams Instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 150 milliliters Warm water
  • 2 large Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 150 grams Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 10 pieces Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix flour, instant yeast, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Step 2

Make a well in the center and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and warm water.

Step 3

Mix the ingredients until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Step 4

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes finely and crush the garlic clove.

In a small bowl, combine diced tomatoes, garlic, dried oregano, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
