  • 2 large Fresh ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pit. Cut the mango flesh into chunks and place in a blender.

Step 2

Add 1 cup of coconut milk to the blender with the mangoes.

Step 3

Add 1 cup of ice cubes, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice, 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 0.125 teaspoon of salt into the blender.
