  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder (for color)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

To prepare the crust, mix 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour, 0.5 cup of coconut oil (melted), 0.5 cup of granulated sugar, 0.25 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon lemon zest in a bowl. Stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the crust mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
