Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Lime, juiced
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, eggs, almond milk, olive oil, and salt until smooth. This will create your wrap batter.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little olive oil.
