  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.

Add the ground cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.
