  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice for tahini sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt for tahini sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix well to form the marinade.
