  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 10 units bamboo skewers

Directions

Step 1

If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.

Finely chop the onion and parsley. Mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, and parsley.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
