  • 4 pieces Pita breads
  • 2 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 1 small Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Tahini sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lamb shoulder and beef mince.
