Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raw almonds, roughly chopped

  • 1 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
