  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas, dairy-free
  • 4 pieces Small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Dairy-free cheese sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Dairy-free sour cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 as needed Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the vegan ground meat substitute and taco seasoning, stirring well to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and heated through.

Warm the large flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet for a few seconds until pliable.

Place a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. In the center, spread about 1/4 cup of dairy-free cheese sauce.
