  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.

Using a fork, slowly blend the eggs with the flour, then gradually mix until a dough begins to form.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for approximately 8-10 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
