  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 whole grain tortillas

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to make a marinade.

Rub the marinade all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
