Directions

Step 1

Begin by soaking the raw cashews in a bowl of hot water for at least 15 minutes. This will soften them and make them easier to blend into a creamy texture.

While the cashews are soaking, prepare the herbs by finely chopping the fresh chives, parsley, dill, and basil. Set them aside.
