  • 200 grams Firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 medium Lime

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the ingredients. Drain and pat dry the tofu with paper towels, then crumble it into small pieces. Dice the red bell pepper and red onion. Halve the avocado and slice it thinly. Slice the lime in half and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the crumbled tofu, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook the tofu for about 5 minutes until it begins to brown, stirring occasionally.

Add the diced red bell pepper and red onion to the skillet with the tofu. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
