  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef chuck roast with salt and black pepper on both sides.

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and sear it until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
