Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raw hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free dark chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, raw hazelnuts, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir to mix well.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the pure maple syrup and vanilla extract.
