  • 500 grams Lean ground beef
  • 1 large Red onion
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 3 large Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 30 grams Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 loaves Pita bread

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Finely chop the red onion, red bell pepper, and tomato, and mince the garlic cloves. Set these aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, bell pepper, tomato, minced garlic, and parsley.
