Ingredients

  • 4 slices dairy-free cheese slices
  • 4 slices sliced ham
  • 2 rolls or large slices ciabatta or sourdough bread

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a panini press or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Slice the ciabatta or sourdough bread rolls in half horizontally.

Step 3

Spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the inside of each bread half.

Step 4

Layer 2 slices of dairy-free cheese on the bottom half of each bread roll.

Step 5

Place 2 slices of ham on top of the cheese.

Step 6

Evenly distribute the baby spinach leaves over the ham, and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 7

Top the spinach with another slice of dairy-free cheese.

Place the top half of the bread roll over the layered ingredients to form a sandwich.

Place the sandwiches in the preheated panini press or grill pan.
