  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free margarine or plant-based butter
  • 1 tablespoon Chives, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen shears or a sharp knife. Gently lift the meat to rest on the top of the shell for easy grilling.
