  • 250 grams Plant-based halloumi
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat wraps
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 150 grams Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100 grams Mixed salad greens
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the plant-based halloumi into 1 cm thick slices.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the halloumi slices to the pan and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
