  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp Dairy-free butter spread
  • 0.5 cup Rocket (arugula) leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, dairy-free mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, finely chopped red onion, fresh lemon juice, chopped dill, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything gently to combine and coat the crab meat well with the dressing.

Step 2
