  • 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Dairy-free dressing (such as tahini or vinaigrette)

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Place the chicken breast on a cutting board, cover it with a piece of plastic wrap, and use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound it to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch.
